I possess my GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute), of which less than 3% of all Realtors have obtained. It is one of the top levels of education in real estate. I also have my SRES which is Senior Real Estate Specialist. I love working with Seniors and their families.

My culture is that of real estate therefore, it is not something I "do" but rather it is something that I "am." My parents are both Brokers and I was first licensed in 1980. Real estate consumes my life. I am experienced with the senior community, as well as the deaf and disabled community. I can help make arrangements for elevators, wheelchair and stair lifts as well as retrofitting for the safety of seniors. I understand the complexities of handling an estate/probate/Trust sale as well as foreclosures and short sales. I pride myself on listening to my clients needs and working diligently to their eventual goal.

I am an accomplished Masterworks and Barbershop singer and enjoy all that I do.
